"It would not be an exaggeration to say my life changed the day I heard Thembe speak for the first time. Her story motivated me to rethink my priorities and take charge of my life. I immediately engaged her as my mentor and coach and within six months of working with her, I had passed my driver's license, started exercising regularly, taught myself to cook wholesome meals and had a healthy savings account. Within a year I had purchased a car, acquired property and was ready to find a job that was more aligned to my career goals. That was 4 years ago. Thembe's tough talk and constant support is something I still rely on today to help me get clarity on any aspect of my life or career, and I have managed to overcome weaknesses such as procrastination. She helped me believe in myself because she believed in me more."

My journey from a painfully shy child to a professional speaker who is unfazed by addressing audiences of thousands or facing cameras on live television is one that still gives me pause today. My story as a media practitioner began when I became a presenter for national TV station ZBC, followed by Joy TV and then on to the advertising industry. Today, I speak on a variety of topics, most of them to do with personal growth, branding and business development. One of the highlights of my career was being asked to interview former first lady Graca Machel for the Zimbabwe International Film Festival. Click below to watch the interview:
Apart from delivering key-note addresses, I also help others to facilitate public conversations as a panelist and moderator, presenter and radio contributor. If you would like me to speak or present at an event, click on the button to book me and fill in a short form
"Thembe uses words, not as weapons, but as tools to build. She will find the hero in you, and speak to her, no matter how deeply buried. Her willingness to be vulnerable with her own story is what imparts courage to others for their own journey. If you want a speaker that will change lives, Thembe is the person who should speak."
